After our Vet closed we choose Brady's Run Veterinary Hospital due to its location. After our first visit, we were very happy with our decision. Everyone there is very understanding of our dogs anxiety and they were very patient with her. We definitely recommend them!
We took our cat for it's first vet visit after rescuing from the Humane Society. So glad we chose Brady's Run vs. the other local vets! The staff and was extremely friendly and courteous, the office and exam rooms were clean and neat, and the visit was at no charge because we adopted from the HS. I feel like they are good people with their hearts in the right place.
The staff seems knowledgeable and they care about the pets. The big downside to this business is the extremely long wait times. I have grown to expect to be on call waiting for at least 10 - 15 minutes any time that I need to call, sometimes I think it would be fast to just drive out and talk to them. Another issue is that the music is constantly interrupted in the call waiting which makes it difficult to pay attention to other things until someone starts talking. I usually spend at least an hour there every time that I have to visit. They managed to see me 30 minutes after my appointment this past Monday. I would give them 4 stars if they could value my time.
It's clear from the moment you walk in the door that everyone that works at Brady's Run Vet loves animals. Went there for the first time for my dog to have some minor dental surgery. They did a great job and were extremely affordable. I highly recommend this veterinarian to everyone!
